All delegates attending NAIMUN must submit a delegate code of conduct form and a medical form either prior to the conference via fax or on the first day of the conference at registration. Additionally, each moderator must submit a moderator code of conduct form. Please check back in the fall, at which time all necessary forms will be available here.
