Payment
You may find your invoice for the conference by clicking on the “My Account” tab on the upper portion of the website and scrolling down to the bottom of the page. Payment can be made for the conference in one of two ways:
- By Check, please make all checks payable to: “Georgetown International Relations Association, Inc.” Please direct all payments to the following exact address:
- By Credit Card, If you indicated that you would prefer to pay by credit card when registering, you will soon receive an email invoice from Paypal allowing you to make payment. Please note that a 4% service charge applies.

- Regular Registration: November 21, 2008
- Late Payment Fees
- Before November 21, 2008: None
- November 22 – 30, 2008: $50
- December 1 – 15, 2007: $100
- December 16 – 31, 2007: $200
- After January 1, 2008: $300
- Refund Policy
- Before Nov. 21, 2008: Full refund on delegate fees
- Nov. 21-Dec. 31, 2008: 50% refund on delegate fees
- Jan. 1-Feb. 1, 2009: 25% refund on delegate fees
- After Feb. 1, 2009: No refund
Requests for refund must be made to the Director of Registration Matthew Shapiro, who may be reached at naimun(at)modelun.org.
*If you pre-register for the conference but fail to meet the pre-registration payment deadline, your fees will automatically change to the Regular Registration fees.
